iTerm does not opening Touch ID auth dialog anymore

• iTerm2 version: Build 3.2.8beta1
• OS version: 10.14.3
• com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
• debuglog.txt

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Use a macbook with TouchBar
2. Add auth sufficient pam_tid.so to /etc/pam.d/sudo file to enable Touch ID auth for sudo
3. Run a command with sudo

What happened:

iTerm displayed usual password input text: Password:. Before 3.2.8beta1 update it was opening a Touch ID auth dialog.

What should have happened:

iTerm should open a Touch ID auth dialog.
