Hot key <C-v> opens "Split current pane vertically with profile" dialog box, preventing user from entering Visual Block Mode in Vim
- iTerm2 version: Build 3.2.6
- OS version: macOS 10.14.2
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- After updating to iterm2 Build 3.2.6 I am having issues entering Visual Block Mode in Vim. (Not sure when the problem first occurred, it has been a few months since I last updated iterm2)
<C-v>is pressed, a dialog box "Split current pane vertically with profile" opens and the key sequence does not reach Vim.
- A work around is to use
<C-V>, but I would like to just disable iterm2 from intercepting
<C-v>. However, I could not find any mechanism to disable or remap iterm2's key-mapping for the "Split current pane vertically with profile" dialog window, or some way to stop iterm2 from intercepting that hotkey sequence.
