Feature Request: directly saving scrollback buffer to a file, bypassing the clipboard
Feature request (sorry if this is the wrong forum):
I would love a means to save the entire scrollback buffer to a file, without first copying everything to the clipboard then pasting into an editor.
Sometimes when the scrollback buffer gets too big, invoking the command "Select All" can bring my Mac laptop to a screeching halt, with the beachball icon spinning around. Then pasting the data into an editor can also be problematic.
Bypassing the clipboard altogether and saving directly to a file would obviate many of these problems.
Thanks for a great product. Keith
