⌘ + K (clear) does not send anything to stdin
Thanks for filing an issue! Please answer the questions below so I can help you.
- iTerm2 version: 3.1.7
- OS version: El Capitan
- Attach ~/Library/Preferecom.google.Keystone.Agent.plistnces/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
When hitting CTRL + L, both Terminal.app and iTerm2 sends Form feed to stdin, when hitting CMD + K, Terminal.app does but not iTerm2. There is no way for a program to know the window was cleared by CMD + K. I am writing a custom shell in pure C, reading ANSI/VT100 codes to track cursor position and my program is lost if I hit CMD + K
