$PATH leaks `/usr/local/bin`, but it is in /etc/path and when run bash in default terminal.app /usr/local/bin listed in $PATH
- iTerm2 version: 3.1.6
- OS version: MacOS High Sierra
- Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
- Attach a debug log, if possible. debuglog.txt
- Are you reporting a performance issue or a hang? NO
- Are you reporting a crash? NO
- Are you reporting excessive memory usage? NO
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Simply start a new session in a window or tab
- I did not change bash arguments
- I think that happened after Install shell integration
- PATH is not changed in any of
~/.profile
,~/.bash_profile
,~/.bashrc
What happened:
$ cat /etc/paths
/usr/local/bin
/usr/bin
/bin
/usr/sbin
/sbin
$ echo $PATH
/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
What should have happened:
$ echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin/:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
And this works normally in default terminal.app
