feature: Hide/Show Visor style iTerm on any monitor based on mouse position.

What I'd like to see in iTerm2 is the ability to hide/show the visor style iTerm2 terminal interactively wherever my mouse is positioned. Right now, that setting seems to only apply when it's first launched, and once it's loaded on a display, it stays there indefinitely.

The idea I'd like to see, and I use in Guake and Yakuake in Linux all the time, is when I Show the terminal visor, it appears on whatever display the mouse pointer is currently at. Then I can hide it and move it by just moving the mouse to a different display and toggling it.

This kind of feature would be incredibly useful since I primarily only use iTerm2 in visor mode. (Especially since once you go visor, it seems to always ever do visor anymore, and loading an individual terminal starts to become.... Difficult).
