Thanks for filing an issue! Please answer the questions below so I can help you.
- iTerm2 version: 3.0.15
- OS version: OSX 10.11.6
If a bell is received (Shown as icon in header) there seems to be no way to clear it/mark it seen so it immediately becomes less useful, one shot only???...
I was exploring control-D, and from docs thought I might get some warning from bash but my current window shut on second control-D. I had some background jobs running, and luckily they still are after 28 hours test, and I can still see my logging monitors in other windows. TWO POINTS
- would be nice to have had some interaction at first ^-D
- any way to reconnect to my job? Auto reconnect might do it but I do not want to force quit or whatever to see if it will reconnect, and as the window is gone I suspect there is no window/plist data there now...
