Allow "open bookmarked iTerm" (not "bookmarks") on launch

Terminal.app has an "On Startup open: " feature where you can select a Terminal type/theme that opens on startup that is NOT your default terminal. This is my feature request.
I like to have, for example, one very large blue terminal that opens by default, but then CMD+N opens a normal terminals.
I can achieve this with iTerm by having the bookmarks window open at launch, but then I have to spend time mousing and clicking and such, and it is not fluid and transparent.
