Minor / cosmetic bug with tmux and resizing windows the window size in the title bar doesn't match actual.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Install iTerm2, 'brew install tmux', launch iTerm2
- Run 'tmux -CC' in a window to enable tmux integration, resize the window to something like 130x40 (according to title bar)
- Check actual window size with 'stty -a' and it is often 131x40, 130x39, 129x41 or something else one off from the title bar.
What happened: iTerm2 title bar showed a window size of "130x40", but inside the window it was 130x39 or some other off-by-one combination.
What should have happened: tmux integration based window should have been resized to 130x40 and 'stty -a' should show 130x40 like a non-tmux window.
This issue has been around for a while, it isn't a new issue with 3.0.14 or anything. I just didn't report it before now. I can reproduce on at least two different machines, though the software versions are approximately the same.
