Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- open an iTerm2 window OR ssh onto colleague's computer from another computer
What happened: fork error when opening a new terminal on the home machine followed by a "shell request failed on channel 0" error when ssh from another machine What should have happened: none of the aforementioned errors
