iTerm window hijacks window/application focus when switching 'Spaces' [ GIF of bug inside ]

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem
- Active iTerm window (using the hotkey, mine is set to `Ctrl + ``)
- Leave the iTerm window's focus (open a Finder window, or any other application), the iTerm should remain open in the background.
- Switch to another 'Space' (I use
Ctrl+2to switch my spaces)
- iTerm window is hijack focus and become the active window, regardless of previous active window.

What should have happened
Previous active window/application should remain the active window/application. iTerm window should remain open and out of focus/ in the background.
