What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Focus a different application
- hit the Show or Hide iTerm2 with a system-wide hotkey (iTerm should appear)
- hit the hotkey again
What is the expected output?
iTerm should be hidden.
What do you see instead?
A space is entered into the terminal.
Use cmd-h instead
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r449 on OS X 10.6.5

Theory: secure keyboard entry disallows other applications from snooping on the keyboard. This breaks global shortcuts. A possible solution would be to add the Show or Hide iTerm2 with a system-wide hotkey as an application shortcut as well.
