Semantic History: Command + Click on file path no longer opens file in default app
-
iTerm2:
Build 2.9.20160324-nightly
-
OS X:
10.11.4
I just updated iTerm to the latest nightly and now when I command click on files it opens them in a web browser instead of in my editor like it used to and has for many months previous. For example:
$ git status -uno
rebase in progress; onto 58e95c3
You are currently rebasing branch 'FI-149' on '58e95c3'.
(fix conflicts and then run "git rebase --continue")
(use "git rebase --skip" to skip this patch)
(use "git rebase --abort" to check out the original branch)
Unmerged paths:
(use "git reset HEAD <file>..." to unstage)
(use "git add <file>..." to mark resolution)
both added: lib/clients/identity.py
no changes added to commit (use "git add" and/or "git commit -a")
Before, when command clicking on lib/clients/identity.py
, it'd open the file in my editor. Now, it opens it in my web browser. If I navigate to the containing directory in Finder and double click on the file, it does open in my editor as expected, so the default program association seems to be correct.
