Maximize iTerm2 will not use all available screen space

What steps will reproduce the problem?

• Maximize the iTerm2 window
• Notice free space to the right and bottom of the screen.

I have the same issue (#2605 (closed)) with last beta version: Build 2.9.20160206 Mac Os 10.11.3

I can fill all available space only with Crtl+Drag
