Command history traversal when alt/option clicking

I am experiencing again command history traversal when alt-clicking to insert the cursor. I have attached the debug log, the plist file, and a screen capture showing the issue. I am alt-clicking when the cursor is inserted on the 2nd line of the command, but when alt-clicking on the first line, the current command is replaced by the last run command. com.googlecode.iterm2.plist iterm-command-traversal.mov.zip debuglog.txt.zip
