Any way to run a different command on starting up a profile with split screen?

Hello,
I've been using iTerm2 for a while and it's great, but I am missing one very useful feature. It may exist already, but I can't find it.
I'd like to run different command when I launch a specific windows layout.
For example.
I select Windows -> Restore Windows Arrangement
I get the following terminal window:
-------------------------
| |
Window 1 |
---|
Window 2 |
------------------------- |
Window 3 |
----------------------- |
I want the different commands to run in these windows at startup:
Window 1: ls /tmp
Window 2: ping 8.8.8.8
Window 3: ssh cats.local
I know, that I can have one automatically executed command on profile.
But I more than one. I was thinking to assign a different profile per window, but could not find to do that.
I used to use this feature a lot in Terminator terminal emulator (Linux) and it would be great to have the same in iTerm.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
