Cmd-Click no longer opens a local file with the default application
By mark.seth.fow... on November 12, 2014 01:55 (imported from Google Code)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run a program that writes a local path to stdout, like clang.
- Hold down the Command button and mouse over the local path.
What is the expected output?
The local path should be underlined to indicate it's a clickable link. Clicking on it should open the file with the default application.
What do you see instead?
The local path does not get underlined and you can't click on it.
What version of iTerm2 are you using?
Build 2.9.20141111-nightly
What OS version are you using?
OS X 10.9.5
Please provide any additional information below.
This got broken pretty recently in the nightly releases. I tried both paths with lines and columns at the end like "/Users/user/foo.cpp:29:10" and paths without lines and columns at the end; neither works anymore.
I really miss this feature!
