Antialiasing and line drawing characters

It would be helpful to have the option to disable antialiasing (or possibly even specify a different font altogether) for the Unicode line and block characters, as they tend to look blurred when rendered with antialiasing, at least at average font sizes on a non-Retina display.
At present, iTerm2 only allows to specify a separate font for all non-ASCII characters, which is unacceptable, since alphanumeric characters that are not part of ASCII (e.g. Latin accented letters or Cyrillic letters) are also affected by it.
