Gap to the left of visor style window, which should span the entire screen width.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go to you Mac Dock Preferences and make sure the "Position on Screen" option is set to "Left", and that the "Automatically hide and show the dock" option is turned on. Sp the dock should be hidden on the left side of your screen.
- Open iTerm2 preferences and under your default profile, go to the "window" tab and set the "Style" option to "Bottom of Screen", so that you windows will be set to span across the entire bottom of the screen.
- Open an iTerm Window with your new default settings.
What is the expected outcome?
The terminal window should span across the entire bottom of the monitor, from the left edge all the way to the right with no gaps on either side.
What do you see instead?
There is a gap on the left side of the iTerm window where it should be flush against the side of the screen (see the attached image).
What version of iTerm2 are you using?
1.0.0.20130622
What OS version are you using?
OSX 10.9.4
Please provide any additional information below.
This problem occurs when the dock is placed on the left or right side of the screen, with the gap always appearing on the dock side. It also happens whether the window style is set to "Top of Screen" or "Bottom of screen".
