Display previous X lines from last tab upon re-opening app

Saving previously opened tabs and reopening the connections the next time iTerm2 is opened is nice, but to be completely useful, it needs to save some of the old output and reprint it so that we can remember where each tab was when things shut down. Since we may not want to reload the entire buffer of "unlimited scrollback" profiles, offer a separate setting to limit how much is captures and reprinted when iterm is restarted. Terminal.app now does this in Mavericks.
