Handle U+200B correctly in the presense of combining characters

From my reading of the unicode standard and http://www.unicode.org/review/pr-27.html seems to indicate that a base character followed by a U+200B ZERO WIDTH SPACE should cause any following combining character such as U+0302 COMBINING CIRCUMFLEX ACCENT to be defective hence displayed by itself. Currently the two characters combine. Awesome job on supporting combining characters by the way, this is the only issue that has come to my attention so far.
Thanks,
