ISSUE!
Almost all issues are configuration-specific. Issues missing this file will

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- use vim with powerline (this requires font Menlo Regular for Powerline)
- move cursor up/down with j/k
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected cursor to move a screenful in 1.5 seconds. Instead it takes 5 seconds. Switching to stable release fixes the problem.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0.20130624
OSX 10.8.4
Please provide any additional information below.
When I upgraded to the latest version (not sure if it was today's update or the one from earlier this week), vim became really slow (moving cursor up/down with j/k keys). I have my key repeat rate set really high so it's especially obvious that it's over 3 times slower. Digging into vim, I realized that the problem goes away when disabling vim plugins. Digging deeper, I realized it was Powerline for vim, which required me to use a custom font in iterm. The font itself doesn't seem to break it (since it's fast again just by using vim without plugins) but perhaps the rendering of the font glyphs? One more thing to note, I have a crapload of fonts, (so programs like photoshop and Word and fontbook are slow to open). I'm only speculating about the font though. Above are the only facts I actually know.
