Using an escape sequence to set a background color to a "bright" version always uses the non-bright version. Foreground works fine.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Set "Draw bold text in bright colors"
- Execute an ANSI escape code to set the background color to a bright/bold color such as \e[1;41m
What is the expected output?
The background color should use the bright version of the color
What do you see instead?
It uses the dim version of the color
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 1.0.0.20130622
Please provide any additional information below.
I also attempted to use the latest stable version (1.0) and it has the same problem.
