Add a menu option to turn off mouse mode

I realize that this is a very specific problem, but it's become an issue for me.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
0 Open an iTerm tab, with default settings.
- SSH into a remote machine.
- Open vim, with default settings.
- In vim, :set mouse=a
- Force a hangup by disconnecting from the network (or sleeping the Mac for a while, or whatever).
- You should get a "Write failed: Broken pipe", which is fine.
- Attempt to highlight text.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected behavior: I should be able to highlight text.
Actual behavior: As long as the initial mousedown was within the iTerm tab, on mousedown, mouseup, and mousemove I get a terminal bell and random text appears on the prompt.
Example random text:
/+@/+@/+@/,@0,@0-@0.@0.@0/@0/@0/@00@00@00@00@00@00@00@00@00@00@00#00 -0@-/@-.@--@--@-,@-,@-,@-,@-,#-, B,@c,@c,@c-@d-@e.@g/@j/@N/@u/@z/@]/@_/@i realize that this is a very specific problem, but it's become an issue for me.
