Skip `Confirm "Quit iTerm2 (Cmd+Q)" command' on shutdown

I have I have Confirm "Quit iTerm2 (Cmd+Q)" command' turned on to prevent closing tons of tabs by mistake. However, when I'm shutting down the computer (via Apple Menu > Shutdown) iTerm shouldn't show this dialog because it prevents the computer from shutting down (or rebooting).

It'd be great if iTerm2 could skip this confirmation dialog if it was prompted to quit by the computer shutting down or rebooting.
