ISSUE!
Almost all issues are configuration-specific. Issues missing this file will
be closed.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open terminal window
- Split in horizontally into two panes
- In one of the panes open quite long text file with vim (vim long_text file)
- Maximize active pane
- Press and hold down arrow key to move cursor down
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cursor just goes down the file while the text scrolls in the pane. After some time (usually less that 1000 lines to scroll) the maximised pane shrinks horizontally to half of the window, leaving other half empty.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ITerm2 Build 1.0.0.20120724
OSX 10.8.2 Build 12C60
Please provide any additional information below.
I experienced it with standard vim that comes in OSX and also on remote linux servers.
Nasty bug when working code and several panes, that I use to maximize to have a better view of the code. Also get the same bug when maximize pane in full screen mode.
Thanks
