Custom Tab/Window name is not kept when using SSH
By mass_m...@whitmarbut.com on November 01, 2012 18:27 (imported from Google Code)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have multiple tabs
- Double click a tab and enter a name in the "Preferences -> Basics -> Name" field. Close Preferences
- Open an SSH session
- Within 60 seconds the name will change the the user@host for the ssh session
- Double click on the tab again, see the custom name you entered still in the "Preferences -> Basics -> Name" field
- Make a slight alteration to it. Close preferences
- See the custom name showing up again
- Run a few commands in SSH
- See the name change back to user@host
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that if I set a custom name for the tab that it would stay there until I otherwise change it, but my custom names are not respected when using SSH.
