Open directory in Finder from iterm2 needs command "open ." to be entered TWICE
By lucajov... on August 09, 2012 06:00 (imported from Google Code)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open iterm2, go to any directory
- Type "open ."
What is the expected output?
A Finder window should open, showing the same directory where one was in the iterrm2 shell.
What do you see instead?
The system switches to the Finder, but no Finder window opens. HOWEVER, if one goes back to iterm2, and re-types "open .", then the Finder window will finally open!
Note that, the "open ." command works just fine in Apple's Terminal, so it looks like it's an iterm2 issue.
What version of the product are you using?
Build 1.0.0.20120203
On what operating system?
10.8 (12A269)
