Wait for shell to exit on iterm quit
By filippoz... on January 21, 2012 12:28 (imported from Google Code)
Under tcsh (and csh) the history file (~/.history) is saved on shell logout.
If you quit iterm (cmd-q) without typing ctrl-d (to close shell) first, the tcsh shell has no time to save the history file.
This result in a missing history.
I think it will be a good idea to auto send a crtl-d if the active windows are login shells and then quit the item app. This should be the app behavior on quit item request.
This feature should be switched on and off via a flag button in bookmark window.
Cheers and thanks
