Webkit instance inside iterm2

This idea will probably never see the light, but I was thinking about how cool it would be if next to a terminal, you could open some kind of embedded webkit instance in the same window. Just like split, but something like "add browser". I think It would be very useful for web developers. For example developing for rubyonrails: You can just run iterm fullscreen with vim, rails server, rails console and a webkit instance. At this point item2 will be a very powerful, fast and light kind of "IDE".
Now if you guys decide on this, don't forget the debugger :-)
