Smart window placement works great... on the first monitor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start iTerm with a single window that is 1/4 the area of one monitor's real estate space and place it in the top left of your left monitor
- Hit Cmd-N three times to get four nicely spaced out windows on the left monitor
- Hit Cmd-N one more time.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The fifth window is on top of existing windows, even though there is a secondary monitor that is wide open for use. I would hope that iTerm would put the 5th through 8th windows all spaced out on the secondary monitor.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X Snow Leopard. iTerm2 v0.20.20110529
