Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable ALT+number as Switch between split panes
2. Have less than 9 split panes (even an unsplit window)
2. Press ALT+9
What happened: Nothing
What should have happened: Typing a left bracket. This is very noticeable for a system admin :)
Note that the other number keys work as expected, for instance if there are two split panes then ALT+1 and ALT+2 selects them, while ALT+3 to ALT+8 (and ALT+0) produce the input character they usually do. My power line's arrows are too tall, they extend above and below the rest of the line.
How can I get them to be seamless?
I am using iTerm 2, with Inconsolata for Powerline (17pt).
Also, if you'll notice here:
![enter image description here](https://i.stack.imgur.com/7bobE.png)
The right of the green arrow is cut short, and thus has a flattened tip.
How can I just fix my font overall?
I have the same problem with every font from [this repository](https://github.com/powerline/fonts)
---
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install patched fonts for powerline by follow the instructions [here](https://github.com/powerline/fonts) precisely.
2. In iTerm2 Preferences, change Profiles > Text > Font to any of the powerline patched fonts.
3. Try to use the powerline glyphs, e.g. with zsh's agnostic theme or powerline in vim. It's always broken and misaligned.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use tmux integration with iterm2
2. Create a session: tmux -CC
3. Leave session open for a long time
4. Close session
5. List clients - see zombie still open
What happened:
After I have had a tmux session open for a while, and detach, it appears to leave some sort of zombie still running. I first noticed this because I wasn't able to resize the window. The only way I've found to actually detach the zombie is to kill the tmux process (losing my session in the process).
For some reason my markdown isn't working to display this as code :(

It doesn't happen always (only say 10% of the time when I'm typing), but sometimes when I'm typing some text it will lag, meaning it waits a couple of seconds before any of things I typed get entered. * iTerm2 version: 3.1.5
* OS version: 10.13.1
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Paste something which includes tabs
2. iTerm prompts if you'd like to convert to spaces, choose yes and the don't ask again option
3. Regret your decision when you want it to stop doing that
I can't find any documentation or GUI option to switch iTerm2 back to prompting for this? I did find some reference to running the following as a way to undo the stored behavior:
defaults write com.googlecode.iterm2 AboutToPasteTabsWithCancel 0
but that didn't seem to work. Also tried removing the preference file (plist) completely, same behavior. Has the former behavior of asking simply been removed and conversion is always done now, or have I missed a file I need to edit/remove to have it forget all former settings?

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem: Use iTerm all day long with the "dark" theme configured. Every once in a while, the window instantly changes to the light theme on it's own. When I go into the Preferences window, the light theme is selected in the dropdown. I change it back to dark. But eventually, it will randomly change itself back to light.
What happened: Theme periodically, seemingly randomly, switches to light.
What should have happened: Theme stays dark.
Is there potentially a keyboard shortcut that I'm inadvertently triggering this behaviour with?
Thanks :)
