Scroll stops working after ssh session breaks

• iTerm2 version: 3.4.8
• OS version: 11.2.3
• Attach com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
• Attach a debug log, if possible.
• Attach a screen capture video if it would make the reproduction steps clearer.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open a SSH session and list some stuff to make the scroll bars appear
2. Kill the session from another terminal (or disconnect the network, or similar). This will break the session and show the Session ended (broken pipe). Restart it? banner
3. Resize the broken window (this is how I could reproduce it, typically I come back to iTerm2 after putting the macbook to sleep and back)
4. Try scrolling up and down with the mouse/trackpad. The scroll bar moves, but the actual content does not.

What should happen

Scroll should still work.
