iTerm2 3.4.5 fails to start on 10.15.7

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Install iTerm2
- Run iTerm2
What happened: iTerm2 window opened with a warning box: "A session ended very soon after starting. Check that the command in profile "zsh" (tcsh,bash) is correct." Clicking the "ok" button closed Iterm2. The same issue happens with iTerm2 installed via Macports. The 4-19-2021 nightly works.
