iTerm2 build 3.4.4 high CPU usage

Nothing special. Just have iTerm2 open with a bunch of tabs. Used to work fine in previous versions, now CPU jumps to 100% randomly, even when iTerm2 is out of focus.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem

1. Launch iTerm2
2. Open Tabs
3. Use as normal, wait for CPU usage to jump.

What happened

CPU usage jumps to 100% without apparent reason, even when iTerm2 is out of focus.

What should have happened

Normal CPU usage. Didn't happen with previous version.
