Disabling "Adjust window when changing font size" still resizes the window when increasing font size

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Disable the "Adjust window when changing font size" setting in the General->Window preferences pane.
2. Decrease the font size by pressing cmd -
3. Increase the font size by pressing cmd =

What happened: Decreasing the font size correctly doesn't resize the window but increasing the font size sill makes the window bigger

What should have happened: Increasing the font size shouldn't resize the window either.
