[Feature request] Small bar at window top in theme minimal, to make grabbing a window for dragging easier

In Compact and in Minimal theme, moving the window is a very fiddly task. Without a title bar, the least difficult way to grab a window is the top left corner (outside the three buttons!). The area of window number, if displayed, makes this a bit more convenient, but it feels still clumsy.

Please add a small bar atop the window to Minimal (and maybe even to Compact?), to allow grabbing the window. The tab bar height of Minimal could be reduced somewhat for this.

ETA: A duplicate of Minimal with reduced tab bar height and a grab bar atop would be sufficient.

ETA2: "the first tab can be used to drag the window." (in documentation) doesn't work. (Build 3.3.0)

ETA3: How about [modifier key]-drag everywhere in tab bar to move window?
