Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open Iterm2 (Takes very long)
2. Use command+T or Command+D to open new tab/pane, it takes insanely long
3. plist com.googlecode.iterm2.plist 4.debug log debutlog.txt.gz

What happened: Very sluggish and slow, even brew command takes very long It works fine after windows have opened, now huge memory or cpu utilization seen What should have happened: It should have been faster
