Double click on minimal title bar doesn’t respect system-wide behavior

• iTerm2 version: 20190503-nightly
• OS version: 10.14.4

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Enable minimal theme
2. Go to macOS Dock preferences and change title bar double click action to minimize or none (uncheck the box)
3. Double click iTerm title bar

What happened:

Window zooms.

What should have happened:

Window minimizes or does nothing respectively.

It seems you can read this preference from the preferences key AppleActionOnDoubleClick (NSGlobalDomain). Values are None, Maximize, Minimize.
