Password manager fails to open or respond

- iTerm2 version: Build 3.2.7beta2
- OS version: MacOS 10.14.2
- Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here (drag-drop from finder into this window) com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
- Attach a debug log, if possible. Instructions at https://iterm2.com/debuglog debuglog.txt
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Start a session (open iterm2)
- Use menu or keyboard shortcut to open password manager
- Watch as nothing happens
What happened: nothing
What should have happened: Either password manager should open or an error should appear.
