imgcat no longer showing .pdfs since upgrading to Mojave

Since I upgraded to Mojave imgcat is no longer showing .pdfs -- images are working fine.

• iTerm2 version:tested 3.1.7 - 3.2.3
• OS version:10.14
• Attach com.google.sshfs.plist here (drag-drop from finder into this window)
