Restore window arrangement not working

• OS version: OSX 10.11.6
• Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here (drag-drop from finder into this window) com.googlecode.iterm2.plist

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem: 0. Upgrade to current version

1. Window > Restore Window Arrangement (or Window > Restore Window Arrangement As Tabs, or keyboard shortcut for Restore Default Window Arrangement)
2. No options appear / no default window arrangement appears
3. Preferences > Arrangements shows previously saved arrangements
