Password manager freezes system

  • iTerm2 version: 3.1.5
  • OS version: 10.13.2[

  • (Attach a debug log, if possible) Freeze requires machine power off, I guess debug log is inaccessible therefore?
  • (Are you reporting a performance issue or a hang? Please attach a sample.) Interaction with the process in Activity Monitor irreversibly freezes the OS.
  • (Crash log) No crash log found

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Use alias for SSH that opens password manager

What happened: Password manager drops down, no password prompt is shown (TouchID/otherwise), iTerm2 freezes, in next minutes entire OS freezes.

What should have happened: Password prompt shown. Note that sometimes (1 in 3 attempts, say) the prompt is shown, and iTerm is functional until restart of Mac. Crash only occurs on first attempt to access Password Manager.
