Window Arrangements point to wrong working dir

• iTerm2 version: Build 3.0.20161229-nightly
• OS version: 10.12.2 (16C67)
• com.googlecode.iterm2.plist

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. I have some profiles with different working directory settings (paths like ~/Sites/dir1)
2. Arranged a new window with different profiles as split windows
3. Saved as new window arrangement
4. Closed the window arrangement
5. Restore the previously saved arrangement
6. Working directories of all profiles now point to / and not the path from the profile like ~/Sites/dir1

What should have happened: Working directories of opened window arrangement profiles should point to the selected working directories. That worked until some time before the holidays.
