Execute bar to hold focus for a specific tab.

If a user enables the Execute bar and clicks in it, giving it focus, but then moves to another tab, then back to the first tab, the cursor should automatically return to the Execute bar, rather than go back to the main terminal window.
In other words focus should be remembered on a per tab basis.
That will save having to take hands off the keyboard and click in the Execute bar every time the user moves back to that tab.
