iTerm2 3.6.3 forgets previous window positions

What happened: I was using version 3.6.2 previously. The first time I opened version 3.6.3 it was immediately obvious that the window location info that had been stored in the preferences file had been lost. When I restored my preferences file from backup and reverted to version 3.6.2, iTerm2 windows opened where I expected them to open. When I switched back to 3.6.3, the window location info was once again lost.
