Contrast looks different in 3.5.0

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem
- Install powerlevel10k theme and use the rainbow prompt.
- Set minimum contrast to 50.
What happened
I set my minimum contrast to 50 when using the powerlevel10k theme because the white text on blue background wasn't cutting it for me. It worked fine until I updated to 3.5.0 and there's some weird overlapping going on as seen in the images I attached. It seems contrast works a bit differently in this new version.
What should have happened
The contrast should have remained the same.
