Application Crashes After fresh install

- iTerm2 version:3.4.19
- OS version: MacOs Ventura 13.3
- com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
- Am unable to get a debug log

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem
- Download Latest version
- Run install process
- Allow automatic updates or don't (does not really matter either way) tested both
- Move app to application folder or don't (also does not matter) tested both
- App crashes
What happened
After downloading and installing the latest stable version of iTerm2 the application crashes
What should have happened
The application should ideally start and function as intended

Note
- The laptop has some profiles attached to it for security, my company did inform me it should not be the problem as all other machines in the company have the same profiles attached and iTerm2 installs fine on their machines, But this is the second machine giving this issue in a row on my profile specifically
- If i create another user on this machine iTerm2 installs fine it just seems to be my Admin user giving this issue
