Add `Perl` on sdkdocs list

I was reading SDK documentation I noticed that Perl is not listed.

Proposed Solution(s)

Need to update SDK docs by adding Perl. I forked the repos and explored the project but could not be able to find where to apply modification. it's look like it has been done somewhere else.
