FY23 Q2 Pajamas Migration Day
The Pajamas Migration Day in Q1 was a big success and we want to host another one in Q2! This issue serves as the planning issue.
Same considerations as last time:
- We don't want to wait too long to host the migration day, because we don't want people to hold off migrating components.
- We don't want to host one too earlier, because we may not have our FE discovery work completed with enough issues ready to migrate.
- We can consider getting a budget for participants to expense lunch ($25 USD?), but would need to get a rough estimate of the total budget needed and get approval.
- If we want to host a 24 hour zoom room, we will need zoom hosts in different time zones to be available.
The goal of the migration day is to build excitement and participation.
Learnings from last time:
- People would like to have an ongoing zoom room. Consider creating a sign up sheet for people to add their name to be the "host" for a time slot.
